Monday’s commitment 6th March

It’s easy to say “it’s time to actually train” but it really is  no more races thinking that I should have trained harder  I want the next one (at this stage an 8km in May) to be a good race and to KNOW I trained as much as I should.

Here Goes:

Accountability, my commitment this week:

Monday-core strength session + stretch…at home

Tuesday-easy pace 4km treadmill run…at home

Wednesday-strength + core session…at home

Thursday-speed/interval training…at home

Friday-rest day

Saturday-5km with the Park Run group…outdoors

Sunday-8-10km long run…outdoors


Btw have you heard of Fit 2 gear? I have a couple of their singlets and let me tell you, I have absolutely THRASHED them they are still in brand new condition 👌🏼
